Thoughtfully Crafted
Workshop is an independent Philadelphia jewelry design studio, not a traditional jewelry retailer. Our approach is personal and collaborative. You’ll work one-on-one with a designer to explore your ideas, refine the details, and create a ring that feels distinctly yours.
Founded in 2015 by Ben Luna, Workshop Underground reflects decades of experience in jewelry design, including his tenure leading product design at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Today, Ben brings that same dedication to artistry, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design to every ring created at the studio.

Your Custom Ring, Step by Step
Complimentary Design Consultation
Join us for a one-on-one consultation at our Philadelphia studio to discuss your ideas, explore settings and diamond samples, and review your budget and timeline. Bring your photos and other inspiration, or let us help you discover where to begin.
Your first appointment is complimentary.
The Design Preview
After our initial meeting, we’ll review a selection of original concepts inspired by our conversation. See your selected design as a digital rendering and 3D-printed model. Review its proportions and details, with time for refinements before you approve the design for production.
Explore every detail before it’s crafted.
The Final Reveal
Following your approval, we’ll bring your design to life over the next four to six weeks. Carefully finished, polished, and inspected, your ring is ready to wear, love, and become part of your story.
